Fiametta—The Fire Has Arrived
It isn’t every day we take on a new floor as striking as Fiametta, “The Flickering Flame.”
Like other floors in the Du Bois Collection, Fiametta is fumed and wire-brushed to bring out the wood’s aged, rustic appearance.
The European Oak is then stained and finished with a unique combination of natural colors; it is a brand new shade developed from over 60 years of history in the wood flooring industry.
Vibrant stripes of color dance in between the smooth ridges of the wood grain. Some may fear the flame—instead, we have embraced it.
The result is nothing short of magic.
