Wanderluxe – European Oak Lisbon
As one of the oldest cites in Western Europe, Lisbon was the starting place of many exploratory voyages around the globe. The rugged aspect of this capital dominating the Atlantic Ocean is reflected on this lightly hand distressed European Oak. The golden and deep grey hues and the vintage aspect of the planks evoke Vasco da Gama’s ship which traveled through oceans.
The 9.5 inches wide and 7 feet long planks boast a thick 4 mm wear layer. The finish, a UV Oil, is ecological and environmentally friendly and allows for easy maintenance. The light hand distressing, wire brushing, and heavy saw marks used on this floor reveals the soft grain of the wood and creates a seasoned aesthetic.
